Rankin x The V&A Collection by Coco de Mer SS19/New Season Collection
Rankin has just shot the new campaign for British luxury, lingerie brand - Coco de Mer and one of the world’s leading art and design museums - The V&A , who together have collaborated on their second exclusive lingerie collection.
The collection for Spring Summer 19 will launch on the 14th December 18 and will be available globally in good retail outlets including (Net-A-Porter/Harrods/Selfridges/Fenwick/Matches/Journelle/Shopbop and via Coco-de-Mer.com). Coco de Mer took inspiration for this new collection from the ’Ocean Liners' exhibition at the V&A. Drawing on the V&A’s rich archive the glamour and decadence of 1920’s fashions featured in the exhibition can be seen in the use of stunning Gatsby inspired colours, intricate embroidery and exquisite prints. The bold art deco architecture is translated into sculptural embroideries and lavish Palms and Peacocks adorn signature Coco de Mer Silhouettes, capturing a film star sense of glamour.

Bold motifs and exotic embroideries adorn signature Coco de Mer silhouettes, capturing a film star sense of glamour.
The 21-piece collection features three design stories across a selection of lingerie styles including bodysuits, slips, plunge bras, and an eye mask. Crafted from silk satin and the finest lace, all pieces are made using the highest quality fabrics and produced in Portugal. Retail prices range from £65 for an eye mask to £495 for a robe.
